CARDET (Centre for Advancement of Research and Development in Educational Technology) an independent, non-profit, non-governmental, research and development organization based in Cyprus. It is one of the leading research and development centres in the Euro-Mediterranean region, with global expertise in project design and implementation, capacity building, and e-learning. CARDET is independently affiliated with universities and institutions from around the world, such as the Yale University, the University of Nicosia and the International Council of Educational Media. CARDET has completed numerous projects relating to the development of capacity building and planning in education and VET, youth support, adult learning, literacies, digital tools, eLearning, educational technology, and social integration of marginalized groups.

The RDPSEA is responsible for the coordination, the supervision and the implementation of educational policy in the region of Attica, involving around 55.000 active teachers. In parallel, it contributes to the shaping of educational policy, tailoring it to match the specific requirements of the region. The RDPSEA embraces the 'whole school approach' that is schools are seen as collaborative learning environments. The entire school community (school leaders, teaching and non-teaching staff, parents and families), together with external stakeholders, take responsibility to help all learners develop to the best of their abilities.

UAM is a public university with an international reputation for its high-quality teaching and research. Founded in 1968, it has been generally recognized as one of the best Spanish universities in both national and international rankings. The Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) boasts a large experience in the management of international mobility, educational and research programs in the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme, the VII Framework Programme for Research, and EuropeAid.

The Rural Hub was first established as an association in 2012 and later established as a CLG in 2017. It was set up by a group of education, training and rural development professionals as a response to the impact of the economic crisis on small rural villages and towns in Ireland. The Rural Hub tries to address the needs of those on the margins of society for whom traditional and second chance education has failed. They place an emphasis on developing self-directed learning pathways to encourage the educational development of “Free Agent Learners” and works closely with youth organisations, institutions and programmes to provide new educational materials and in-service training to front-line youth professionals.

INNOVADE LI is an educational technology-based organization with extensive expertise in technological advancements (i.e., web platforms, web app tools). INNOVADE LI LTD has several years of experience in school education, online environments and information and communications technology. Some of INNOVADE’s areas of strength are Innovation Infusion, e-learning development, Training, Dissemination and Exploitation, Strategic Development, Technology Transfer and Project Management.
